Evidence in Tamil

The Indian centre for evidence based neuro-rehabilitation (icebnr) is a virtual centre started with the propagating evidence based practice to the grass root. The center was started by K. Hariohm, R.Vasanthan, V Prakash and others.
After 10 years of doing research in EBM, and doing workshops on EBM we have ventured into a real grass root level project. We are planing to translate to translate Cochrane systematic reviews - summaries into Tamil. We hope the having the plain language summary in Tamil will help the consumer immensely in understanding the treatment options provided.
We have already done some work and lots of volunteers are joining us (example- Dr. Anand, Cynthiya, Senthil and others). Some of my PG students - saravankumar, Jeyanthi are part of the core group with Saravankumar acting as the liaison for our project with cochrane people.
As part of our effort we are publishing our first list of some words we have translated into Tamil (EBM words if you will). Please go through them and send us your feedback- it is vital for improvement of the translation.
